Family friendly optometric office is looking for the right person to lead our reception and front desk area. If you love helping people and being part of an office dedicated to the same, this could be the place for you.

Optometric office experience and/ or Medical office experience is preferred.

Primary responsibilities include:

• speaking with patients on the phone / scheduling appointments
• greeting patients / patient check in and out
• insurance verification / a variety of front desk administrative duties

You will need to:

• interact with patients in a professional and friendly manner
• have excellent time management skills
• be detail oriented / be efficient at multi-tasking
