We are looking for a super-star Front desk receptionist who is ready to make a difference in the lives of people in our community!

Must be available morning, evening and Saturday shifts.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, polite, has excellent customer service and communication skills, has a high level of integrity and ambition, can follow instructions, is very organized, has willingness to become knowledgeable about our services and retail products, and has a passion for self-care and living a healthy lifestyle.

Job Description approx. 20+hr/week

• Perform opening and closing duties
• Answer phone calls
• Schedule service appointments
• Manage therapist's schedules
• Greet Clients
• Facilitate intake of clients
• Manage client appointments
• Clean and organize spa
• Laundry
• Help and inform clients about retail products
• Sell and promote retail products
• Complete clerical work
