The Details:
Start Date: Immediate, but can be reasonably flexible
Position Type: Year Round
Wage Range: $40,000 / yr
Housing & Meal Costs: Complimentary with SINGLE status housing

Responsibilities:
Perform all job duties toward the goal of maximizing guest service.- Follow and enforce all policy, procedures and service standards.
- Resolve guest relation problems skillfully with willingness and desire to understand a guest's viewpoint and make any necessary billing adjustments so that the guest is satisfied when they leave.
- Ensure each Guest Service Agent is properly trained to deliver efficient, effective service to guests.
- Continue the development of all Front Office personnel throughout the season.
- Regulate shift coverage for optimum effectiveness by scheduling staff according to business levels and labor standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to staff and prepare employee HIGs and documentation.
- Become familiar with and train emergency fire evacuation and safety procedures as needed and attend meetings where required.
- Complete payroll reports on a daily/weekly basis for all front desk personnel.
- Communicate effectively with all department managers to ensure a smooth running operation.
- Human relation skills. Must be a "people-person" who thrives on public contact.
- Performance management skills and the ability to supervise employees.
- Knowledge of CRT keyboard and printer operation.
- Knowledge of Lodging Management Systems computer programs - Must have Opera experience.
- Ability to work quickly and thoroughly when under pressure while remaining flexible and open to changes in procedures.
- Knowledge of park facilities, activities, and features.
- Strong communication, organizational, administrative, sales and accounting skills.
- Technical knowledge of Front Office operations.
- Standing for up to eight hours per shift,bending,stretching, and possibly lifting 15 pounds.
