Dermatology office is looking for an experienced full-time Front Desk Medical Coordinator who is detail oriented, energetic, professional, has pride in their work, and wants to come to work each day. Experience in a Medical Office setting a must as well as being a strong team player. Responsibilities include supervising other medical receptionists, making sure all areas are covered, answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting patients in a pleasant and professional manner, checking patients in, checking patients out, performing transactions for insurance copays plus retail products and services, and performing other duties as needed.
