General Practice located in Thomasville, GA seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

Front Desk Receptionist; benefits available; Compensation based on experience. Applicants must be extremely reliable, prompt, possess exceptional communication skills, eager to learn and be a self-starter, multi-tasker and understand the importance of marketing.

Qualifications:

Front Desk reception experience minimum 1 year (Dental Office experience preferred)

Associates Degree (preferred)

Job Duties:

• Maintain and manage patient records in compliance with privacy and security regulations
• Answer and manage incoming calls
• Respond and comply to requests for information
• Scheduled patient appointments
• Manage accounts receivable including past due accounts
• Collect and receipt payments from patients at time of treatment
• Maintain a professional reception area

This position is fundamental to the smooth and efficient running of the practice, and is expected to positively interact on a daily basis with patients, other administrative staff, and dental providers.
