Job description

We are looking for an outgoing, patient, courteous, proactive customer service specialist to help customers through the process of learning to drive and getting a driver's license. This person will sign up new customers via phone, email and walk in, assist with scheduling, maintain accurate records, support the instructors, fill out test sheets, take payments, and assorted other customer service related duties. This person will also learn to provide knowledge and skills tests to those obtaining a WA driver's license.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer knowledge, excellent people skills, and the ability to pass a background check required by the Department of Licensing. Applicant must meet the qualifications for becoming a license driving instructor and certified examiner. Training is provided.

We work with a very diverse client base so additional languages is a bonus. Working days are Wednesday through Sunday. Starting pay is $21 an hour with an increase to $25 with the ability to proctor WA State Knowledge/Skills Tests (approx. 2 months).
