Our well-established and highly regarded practice in Jasper is searching for an experienced front desk team member to provide outstanding support to our loyal patient base. Our experienced and tight-knit team will be by your side to ensure your success.

Front desk office duties to include:

• Friendly, outgoing personality; looking for someone who directs the office flow and keeps things on track
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task as well as to respond positively and quickly to changes in the schedule
• Experience with Dental PMS a must.
• Well-versed in filing and following up on insurance claims, including in network benefits
• Excellent phone personality and ability to answer calls and schedule patients effectively, following up on patients who have not scheduled for their treatment
• The ability to discuss treatment plans and insurance benefits with patients and make sure that they get their questions answered and are put on the schedule
• Ability to manage the daily schedule and repair changes in the schedule to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability of the team
• Perform end-of-day tasks of balancing a deposit, depositing checks, running the appropriate daily reports to close out the day.
• 3 or more years of experience preferred.
