We are looking for a motivated, hard-working, friendly Dental Finance and Insurance Coordinator to work full-time with our Dental team. Must have experience working with Dentrix or similar practice management software. Must have experience processing dental insurance claims, billing and collections of payments, payment postings. Hourly rate negotiated based upon experience. Office has state of art new software which is user friendly. Looking for enthusiastic candidates.Job profile also includes
- Greet and welcome patients and other visitors to our office
- Make new patients feel comfortable and welcomed during their visit
- Check-in patients according to office protocol in a friendly manner
- Schedule patients for various procedures
- Review patient treatment plans
- Determine insurance calculations and collect payments for treatment
- Verify dental insurance plans
- Submit dental claims
- Responsible for accounts receivable and payment posting
