Oasis MedSpa & Salon in Woodinville, WA currently has an opening for a friendly, outgoing front desk coordinator. This position is for a Part Time Guest Services Coordinator. We provide spa, nail, salon services and cosmetic injections.

Job Requirements:

MedSpa or Salon experience preferred
Reliable
Responsible (able to keep client information confidential)
Professional demeanor
Able to work under pressure with poise
Able to provide excellent customer service
Excels at multi-tasking
Able to stand for 8 hours a day
Able to perform light lifting and cleaning work.

Responsibilities include:

Scheduling appointments, ringing up clients, advising clients on products, upselling services, selling membership programs, etc.
Following established processes and performing administrative tasks with accuracy and urgency.
Assisting with laundry.
Cleaning common areas.
Cleaning retail area - keeping shelves dust free, restocking product - keeping shelves straight.
Maintaining a strong working relationship with teammates.
Maintain your calm under pressure.
