Job Description:

We are looking for a FULL-TIME Front Desk Person on Bainbridge Island. This is a fast paced, highly demanding position. Applicant must be good with time management skills, organization, and communication. Job Types: Full-time
Pay range: From $ 37,000- $ 41,000 per year plus performance based bonus compensation

Job Responsibilities:

Welcoming patients to the office,
scheduling and making patient calls as needed
Keeping the schedule full
Data entry for new patients
Insurance coverage verification
Prior authorization for services as needed
Insurance correspondence, as needed
Credentialing/recredentialing therapists with insurance companies,
Office errands and light housekeeping.
Participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary and collaborative team
