The Hampton Inn Tucson Airport is looking for a friendly, caring individual to work at our Front Desk.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Handle guests check in and check out in accordance with hotel policies in an efficient and friendly manner

- Resolve guests complaints promptly to their complete satisfaction.

- Ability to respond calmly and diplomatically when dealing with a guest

- Assist guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, amenities, local attractions etc.

- Answer phones calls within 3 rings in a professional and friendly voice and assist the caller in either helping them directly or transferring the call.

- Present a well- groomed and professional appearance at all times

- Assist with the hotel's Front Office duties as assigned.

- Ability to stand for long period (8 hours shift)

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi task effectively

- Ability to work the overnight shift

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

One year experience at hotel front desk

Computer experience required

Must be flexible and able to work morning, evenings, weekends and Holidays.

Bilingual preferred but not required

Knowledge of ONQ PMS system a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
