We currently have an opening for front desk. Team players who are looking to join a dynamic environment are encouraged to apply. Key attributes and responsibilities of the position include:

Checks guests in and out in a cheerful, friendly manner, maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with legal requirements and company standards

Ensures accurate processing of charges and completes/balances close of day procedures with full handover to next shift

Takes and records reservations accurately and confirms as requested; knows status of reservations on a daily and future basis

Observes safe cash handling procedures required by brand and company policy and is responsible for the cash drawer, cash, and credit card information transactions for their shift

Completes all company and brand required closing of daily books and credit card batch

Reviews all daily sales for any issues, high balance accounts or comp rooms and alerts the General Manager as needed

Enters all sales and revenue data into company accounting system

Sets up/maintains fresh coffee in the lobby area. Helps keep the area stocked, clean, and organized

Maintains a clean and organized lobby and front desk area

Sets up and opens the continental breakfast for breakfast personnel

Qualifications:

Prior hotel experience a plus!

Availability for 2nd shift.

Must have the ability to learn and be proficient in the Property Management System of the hotel

Fosse experience is a plus!
