Hughley's Southern Cuisine (99-080 Kauhale St. Aiea, HI 96701) is looking for staff to join our Food Truck Team. For this team, staff must be a US citizen and able to pass a background check to obtain security access to Joint Base Pearl Harbor. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Required Availability:

*Monday thru Friday - 8:30 to 3:00. * Driver and waitstaff needed.

Responsibilities

*Take customers' order and prepare them quickly and accurately *Keep work areas, counters, and equipment clean *Perform food preparation tasks as needed *Provide excellent customer service and address any issues that may arise *Safely and properly drive the truck to and from the restaurant

Qualifications

*Must be able to pass a security check to obtain access to Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam *Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize *Knowledge of all health and safety regulations pertaining to food *Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $13.00 - $16.00/hour.
