The Implementation Specialist is responsible for assisting in the implementation of new strategic programs, products, equipment, and process improvements within the prepared food team. As an Implementation Specialist you will provide support to the Food Service Commercialization Manager, through partnership with the culinary team, Brand Managers, Brand Insights, QA/R&D, Ops support, and Training & Development.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Work on project briefs to commercialize and implement new or optimized innovations including smallware, packaging, equipment, menu items, and technology solutions.
- Assist in the development of recipe cards, visual aids, and training videos in partnership with L&D and Food Safety.
- Assist manager with development and execution of interim food programs for new acquisition stores (such as roller grill, breakfast/lunch sandwiches and apps and sides) until they are fully remodeled and have a Casey’s kitchen.
- Implements store simplification processes such as labor efficiencies and production forecasting tools.
- Maintains project timeline for the new equipment and program rollouts from inception of approved idea through to completion, includes gathering feedback from Field leadership, and making recommendations to improve processes and create efficiencies.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work-related experience is required.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment as well as prior project management experience is preferred.
- Ability to understand store operations with special focus on kitchen process and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; effectively communicate with and present information to team members, management, and outside vendors
- Demonstrate the use of sound judgment in problem-solving; ability to interpret a variety of instructions and deal with several variables; ability to maintain neutrality and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle various competing assignments and demands; perform multiple tasks and under sensitive deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Xcel, PowerPoint).
- Travel required approximately 25% of the time.
