About us

EASTWIND Hotels is a boutique hotel hospitality group, currently owning and operating 3 locations in upstate NY. Eastwind, Windham (Catskill Mountains) was opened as our first location in 2018. We have since expanded our company and our Hotel locations to include Eastwind, Lake Placid (est. August 2022, Adirondack Mountains) and Eastwind, Oliverea Valley (est. January 2023, Catskill Mountains). We are a growing and expanding company, looking to add additional team members to our Eastwind, Oliverea Valley location.

Eastwind Oliverea Valley is a boutique hotel located in Big Indian, NY, (Catskill Mountains). Our goal is to create an atmosphere for our guests to relax, recharge, and enjoy the natural beauty of this area. We aim to create a true, all-encompassing experience for our guests. Engulfed by nature, guests can hike the many surrounding peaks and come back to rest in Scandanavian style rooms or mountain side cabins. We provide in house dining at our restaurant, Dandelion, as well as spa and wellness services.

With the summer season right around the corner, we are looking to hire additional team members to add to our staff. Positions that we are looking to fill- housekeeping, restaurant (front & back of house), spa/ wellness attendant. We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic employees, who enjoy nature and this area of the Catskill. Our property is beautiful, unique, and expansive. Employees must be able to walk through various terrain, and lift 50 lbs. Due to location, we do require that employees provide their own transportation.

We are looking for a skilled person to join our team at our in house restaurant, Dandelion. This person will expedite dishes, run food, bus tables, and assist in food prep. Experience in food service is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
