HOLA!! We are looking for Front Of House Hospitality driven members to join our winning team!! You do not need to have a ton of restaurant experience, mainly we are looking for team members with a radiant energy and positive attitude that works best when in team supported environments.

WHAT IS CHIMALMA TACO BAR CO. ABOUT?

Chimalma Taco Bar Co is a lovely female owned and operated authentic Mexican restaurant located in the heart of downtown Dallas. The name Chimalma comes from Aztec mythology; Chimalma is a protective Mother Goddess with constant strength and fierceness.

WHAT WE ASK OF OUR FOH TEAM MEMBERS--->

• Assist All FOH Team Members, including: Servers, Bussers, Bartenders & Hosts
• Help bus tables and bar
• Follow all safety and sanitation requirements
• Assure that both service and guest areas are clean and organized
• Greet and welcome guests as they enter our restaurant with a hospitable "Hola, welcome in.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment
• Polishing & stocking plates, utensils, and glassware
• Follow our company procedures and hospitality philosophy
• Take food and beverage orders
• Close out tabs
• Contribute to positive guest Experience

FOH TEAM MEMBERS ALSO --->

• Report to General Manager & Supervisors
• Assist and work alongside all Team Members, including: Chef, cooks, cleaners, bussers, bartenders, general managers and supervisors
• Uphold safe working environments that are clean and organized

FOH TEAM MEMBERS MUST--->

• Have their TABC certification (required before their first day of work)
• Have their food handlers certification (required before their first day of work)
• Be able to lift 50 lbs or more
• Work in a fast paced environment
• Carry out sidework tasks during down times

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
