Shift: Monday to Friday 5:00pm - 1:30am

Floor Technician – UG2

$ 150 recruitment bonus after 90 days!

Schedule:

· Full-Time

· Monday – Friday

- 5:00pm - 1:30am

Location - VA Tech University

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Clean floors and stairs by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them

· Previous experience stripping and finishing a variety of floors including Terrazzo and VCT

· Ability to run walk-behind scrubbers, walk-behind extractors, and swing buffers

· Ability to steam clean upholstery

· Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.

· Maintains equipment and supplies in good working condition

· Assisting with other custodial related work

Qualifications:

· Previous Carpet Care and hard floor experience – 1 Year Required; Additional experience preferred
