Trinity Grove is looking to hire a Floor Tech

• The starting pay will be discussed during the interview
• Hours: 3p-11p

Candidate swill need to have skills in:

• Operating all floor cleaning equipment which includes floor buffer/burnishes, water extraction machine, and carpet cleaning equipment.
• Provide and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Used the MSDS when mixing hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Use and maintain hand and power tools such as floor polishers, vacuum cleaners, auto scrubber, floor strippers.
• Ensure the safety of residents, visitors, co-workers, and the building by following OSHA standards and regulations.
• Execute professional carpet & upholstery cleaning using both extraction and bonnet cleaning.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in facility with clean carpets and sanitized areas.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations/ occupational safety regulations and maintain compliance with OSHA.
