WeCare at Waynesburg is actively seeking a motivated Floor Care Technician for our community in Waynesburg, PA.

Job Description:

• Complete work requisition orders as needed.

• Preform all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures.

• Set up equipment and supplies.

• Moves furniture to and from resident’s rooms or other areas.

• Dust mops floors, washes baseboards, wet mop floors.

• Buffs floors and restrooms.

• Scrubs floor using scrubbing machine.

• Ensures a safe environment.

Shift:

Full – Time

Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to operate all equipment in a safe manor.

• Ability to interact and communicate with residents, staff, and visitors in a courteous manner.

• Previous experience within a care facility

• Ability to work independently or in a group.

• Basic understanding of following step by step procedures.
