Job description

We are looking for a strong leader to manage our restaurant staff. The ideal candidate will be able to supervise and develop a team of waitstaff and other expo employees, and will also be responsible for managing restaurant operations, including making decisions on both menu items and customer service strategies. The successful candidate will have experience in the fast-paced environment of the restaurant industry and a proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operation of a restaurant.
• Communicate with staff members, vendors, and customers through a variety of channels.
• Ensure food quality and adherence to culinary standards.
• Manage staff members to ensure service quality to customers, efficiency in food preparation, and proper sanitation.
• Hire and train new staff members.
• Manage the store's budget and prepare cost projections of future expenses and sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
