Job description

We are looking for a full-time mechanic to join our team. The mechanic will be responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of our pickup truck fleet, snowplows, dump/utility trucks, small equipment, and excavation equipment. We are looking for a team player with industry experience who can assist our current mechanics in keeping our equipment always running.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the maintenance and repair of our truck fleet, small equipment, and heavy equipment

- Ordering and organizing of parts

- Records maintenance

- Good communication skills

- Maintain an organized worksite

- Check-in and out equipment with crews daily

Qualifications

Requirements Include:

- 2 Years Minimum Experience

- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Experience

- Great communication skills

- Comfortable on Computers (Excel & Fleet Software)

- Good decision-making skills – able to work well under pressure

- Knowledge of the construction industry and equipment

- Clean driving record (CDL is a plus but not required)

- Welding skills (preferred but not required)

- Must be a team player!
