As a Barclays KYC Process and Control Manager Vice President, this is an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible to optimize and streamline KYC Operations processes. This includes but not limited to, controls, procedures, quality, and other metrics to ensure the best possible handling of KYC concerns.

What will you be doing?

• Identifying risks, performance trends and leverage points for process improvements
• Working closely with the KYC Operations Lead to assure control & associated frameworks are embedded in the business strategy/colleagues understand their responsibilities
• Owning and managing procedure and strategy document updates and approvals
• Owning control creation, amendment, and retirement
• You will be creating control procedures as and when required

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Three plus years’ AML or KYC related experience
• Superior interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work with in a fast-paced, team environment
• Ability to work effectively in global, matrix organization, breaking down barriers and influencing a collaborative work environment

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Two plus years’ Financial Services experience in Front Line Business/Risk and Control
• Relevant professional certifications: ACAMS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
