About the role:
As a Financial Analyst, you’ll have your finger on the financial pulse of the entire organization. Working with a diverse team, you’ll be responsible develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control.

This role has a hybrid schedule and will be required to be in the Cincinnati office 2-3 days a week, more during training.

What you will be doing?

  • Assist with Network Fee Change implementations.
    • Identify and analyze network fee changes.
    • Create and submit project requests to IT.
    • Perform testing validation of project requests.
    • Perform live validation of project requests.
    • Create impact analysis by customer for relationship partners.
    • Communicate changes to our internal business partners.
  • Assist with the maintenance of Network Fee Schedules on our internal website for Network Fee Management.
    • Perform maintenance on existing schedules and reports for changes to information.
    • Create and update documentation of network special pricing.
  • Perform Manual Billing as Needed.
  • Stay informed on Network Updates.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base to keep current on existing and emerging issues.
  • Document, evaluate and improve design of reports and processes to ensure that analytical tools evolve as the business changes.
  • Analyze business performance, make recommendations for improvements and measure progress.
  • Establish, foster and maintain working relationships with peers and management within the organization.
  • Attend meetings with peers to maintain knowledge of current and emerging issues and risks in respective focus areas.
  • Be an active participant in process improvement and problem resolution issues.
  • As a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization, he/she resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
  • Ability to draw on past experience and current data to influence business partners and provide insightful analytics.
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams and work more independently.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, Finance or Accounting highly preferred
  • Good understanding of generally accepted accounting principles as well as company accounting policies, procedures and standards
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
  • Analytical and statistical examination skills
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish work to ensure critical deadlines are met
