Atypical day within SE FIN GS GSO ACM is communicating with a variety of interfaces andpartners across multiple organizational units within global service operationsand with RSU NA. Data aggregation, interpretation and presentation are keytopics along with fostering strong partnerships with internal customers.Driving digitalization and improving the grade of automation in your area ofresponsibility would be another important topic. You ensure accurate financialsand make the key drivers transparent.

HowYou’ll Make an Impact

• You will be a trusted partner to the technicalcolleagues in fleet management which includes the support in evaluation ofbusiness cases for e.g. global repair footprint decisions.
• You will prepare, align and present the fleetmanagement financial results in the monthly functional reviews to the GSO management.
• Budget and head count development and regular costcenter reviews with the leadership team in FM
• Support LOA and forecast development and discussionsas needed.
• You will support the fleet management team to fosterproductivity measures and ensure measure development on track.
• You will perform data collection for historical andtrend analysis and support month end closing activities with special regard to inventories.
• You will develop and implement processes and reports /dashboards to improve the quality of the financial inventory forecasts usingand implementing state-of-the-art digital tools.
• You will be responsible for the repair burdencalculation and coordination between GSO and RSU NA
• You will support the Fleet Pool financially throughcost model development, inventory valuation, and variance calculations.
• Help build a strong finance community leading to analytics engine..
• You understand your role as a strong financialcounterpart to your technical colleagues, enabling the team to achieve best results.

WhatYou Bring

• Bachelor, master's in business, Finance or Accounting orequivalent
• 10+ years of professional experience in Finance/ Controlling
• You are self-motivated and able to work with others aspart of a high performing fast paced team.
• Good knowledge of Excel, SAP, Tableau, and DASH tools
• Experience in the digitalization of controllingprocesses and experience in the use of digitization tools (Alteryx, UIPathetc.) favorable
• You have strong written and verbal communicationskills, customer orientation and good time management.
