Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology, Inc. has been providing superior education to individuals seeking careers in Cosmetology for over 50 years. We are looking for a qualified applicant to join our team in fulfilling the position of Financial Aid Coordinator at our Florence, South Carolina campus.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Data Entry
• Filing documents
• Placing phone calls & scheduling appointments
• Regular correspondence with the Financial Aid Processing Center
• Interview students to explain available payment options
• Maintaining student records
• Assist current & perspective students with the Financial Aid application process
• Ensuring compliance at both State and Federal levels
• General Office duties

Qualifications needed:

• Great customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively & efficiently at all levels
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy
• Multi-tasking skills are a must
• Friendly and Outgoing
• Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel experience required
