As a Finance Systems Analyst you will analyze user requirements, procedures and problems to improve existing systems.

What You Will Do:

• Responsible for system maintenance, integrity review and reconciliations impacting the financial statements.
• Researches and troubleshoots system problems/questions.
• Provides business support.
• Supports month- and year-end by ensuring timely reconciliations/integrities, audit schedules, and journal entries.
• Serves as liaison between IT and departmental staff regarding required update/changes in software.
• Maintains and updates department systems software when necessary.
• Provides training on software to departmental staff.
• Participates in modifying procedures to solve problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operations time and form of desired results.
• Conduct special financial and business related studies as requested.
• Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
• Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their understanding and compliance.

What You Will Need:

• High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of computer systems, finance or accounting experience (i.e., business systems, ERP, accounting, inventory) reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or 6 years of computer systems, finance or accounting experience (i.e., business systems, ERP, accounting, inventory) reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Skilled in the use of MS Excel at a basic level.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of computer systems, finance or accounting experience (i.e., business systems, ERP, accounting, inventory) reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or 9 years of computer systems, finance or accounting experience (i.e., business systems, ERP, accounting, inventory) reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Skilled in reading, analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
• Skilled in writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Skilled in effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
• Skilled in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Skilled in interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Skilled in performing work that is varied and may be somewhat difficult in character, usually involving limited responsibility, requiring evaluation, originality or ingenuity.
• Possesses knowledge and applies the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of this particular field of specialization.

Compensation:

• Hiring Salary Range Posted: $65,400 - $98,000
• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
