MIT Rotational Program 2023

** Available for New College Grads graduating in Spring 2023**

The MIT’s (Managers in Training) will spend the first part of the program in our office Columbia, South Carolina office and the 2nd in our Ponte Vedra, FL office (we offer relocation assistance). It is 100% in the office opportunity.

Navitas Credit Corp. is an innovative commercial financing service firm that takes pride in its entrepreneurial and employee focused culture. Our MIT program is designed to help us develop future leaders across our organization. Spanning 18-24 months MIT’s are provided with in-depth experiences, ongoing mentorship and targeted training a range of business areas of our company. Each year Navitas Credit Corp hires 4 early career individuals to participate in our Managers in Training program. The program was developed just a few years back to help us build “bench” and develop future leaders within our awesome, growing company. During this time our ambitious class of MITs gain real-world work experience, ongoing mentorship, peer support and targeted training as they “rotate” through various departments within our organization.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

· Strong financial acumen, excellent communication, and software skills
