Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Hands-on management of staff and day-to-day program finance work
• Oversee intercompany work order process
• Responsible for material forecasting
• Oversee program resource management, including cost estimation, allocation, tracking, and analysis
• Manage the monthly financial forecasting process to include analysis and recommendations on awards, sales, operating margin, and cash
• Preparation and presentation of financial data to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecasts

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of industry related experience in finance, accounting, or program control, OR a Master's degree and 4+ years of experience of related experience
• Will consider 4 years of additional experience in lieu of degree
• Expertise with Microsoft Office suite
• Understanding of US Government procurement and contracting, Cost Accounting Standards, and FAR
• Experience with Earned Value and financial reporting on a variety of contract types
• Experience in presenting financial data to senior leadership
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, as needed, per business needs
• Active Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
• Experience with financial forecasting system and earned value management system
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
• Experience in a leadership role such as Manager, team lead, project lead

Salary Range: $87,900 USD - $131,900 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
