As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing our bills and payments. You will closely monitor accounts payable and make sure all bills are paid on time. You'll also be responsible for issuing statements, resolving issues and handling delinquent accounts. Our organization is looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented and has strong accounting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely preparation of regular andspecial financial reports and District funds, and for observing established District policies and egulations.
• Assisting District employees and associated parties with all aspects of accounts payable/receivable functions and other assigned bookkeeping activities, by providing information and/or directing employees and all associated parties to the proper source(s) of information.
• Handle inbound customer emails.
• Handle outbound customer emails.
• Answer questions about invoices.
• Enter data into a computer database to track customers and invoices.
• Identify and resolve payment discrepancies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
