Objective of the role:

Build, Lead and Mentor a team of Field Marketers/Canvassers at various locations in the Orlando Area. Promote the benefits of the 'brightEra LIFESTYLE powered by SMART Solar Energy. Boldly, yet professionally, engage with prospective clients, provide company information, acquire customer data and schedule appointments for our Smart Energy Experts. brightEra offers a complete line of integrated Smart Solar Energy and Smart Home Lifestyle products for homeowners.

Work in close collaboration with brightEra leadership team. This is akin to an "OPC Marketing scenario in Time Share. Align with Sales and Marketing strategy and guidelines as well as brightEra's philosophy, ethics and quality standards.

What you will do?

• Be handsomely compensated to Bring, Build, Manage and Drive the day-to-day activities of Field Marketing and Canvassing Team at various locations in the Orlando Area with a hands-on approach.
• Motivate, train and Mentor a team of 10 to 20 members. Work closely with them to successfully achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals, consistently. So that they will be handsomely compensated.
• Ensure staffing and scheduling of for field promotional activities.
• Execute fixed location and canvassing strategies to maximize customer engagement and lead production for the assigned territory.
• Support VP of Marketing in establishing promotion locations and calendar.
• Oversee logistic details and ensure stock of marketing materials at each promotional location.
• Provide production goals, motivation and incentives to Promotions Representatives.
• Assist in Promotions Team hiring process, training and retention activities.
• Engage with prospective clients, provide company information, acquire customer data and schedule appointments for our Energy Experts.
• Provide the highest level of service
• Ensure a high percentage of customers scheduled meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about BrightEra Inc. products and services.

• Bold persuasion skills
• Must have a successful professional history of canvassing and face-to-face field marketing experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.
• Experience training, coaching, and mentoring a field team.
• Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills.
• Ability to manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and/or interpersonal skills interacting with customers
• Detail oriented with process and follow-up
• Financially motivated
• Computer and reporting skills
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time
• Valid driver's license.

Type of engagement:

• Initial relationship as an independent contractor
• Limitless compensation package
• Hours of work are typically Monday through Friday between 12 PM - 8 PM and Saturdays between 9 AM - 3 PM.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
