As a Dunkin’ Field Learning Strategy Manager, you will be a part of a fun, exciting culture that goes beyond training. Partnering with your Dunkin’ colleagues, you will use your experience and expertise to support our Franchisees through implementing and training national & regional initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads all learning activities for new initiatives including product rollouts, guest service initiatives, processes, technology, and systems
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person learning experiences consistently using effective adult learning principles
  • Presents content during regional meetings and training sessions with the Above Restaurant Leader audience
  • Utilize project management tools and disciplines to execute project processes, including risk management, issues resolution, change management, quality assurance, and document management.
  • Drives engagement in support of the initiative to influence franchisees to embrace the needed change within their business unit
  • Actively partners to build relationships with cross functional team members, franchisees, and their above restaurant leaders to influence adoption of training principles.
  • Collaborates with field team to diagnose root causes for knowledge gaps, operational and training problems, and articulate potential solutions
  • Acts as an ongoing Subject Matter Expert for franchisees and their Above Restaurant Leaders on initiatives
  • Participates in meetings with franchisees and cross functional team to strategize market and network plans, provide expertise and consulting as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience in restaurant and/or retail management with Training, Human Resource, or multi-unit management experience
  • 5-7 years experience in restaurant and/or retail Training, Operations, or multi-unit management

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and multitasking
  • Must be able to build credibility and trusting relationships
  • Good oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to influence & persuade without authority
  • Demonstrates strategies thinking with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or equivalent
  • Ability to conduct meetings and facilitate effective and engaging trainings in person and virtually via Zoom or equivalent
