Kolter Solutions is seeking a Field Engineer to work with a great client.

Location: Jupiter, FL

Job Description:

• Perform on-site and off-site diagnosis, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs of computer equipment
• Receive and respond to incoming help desk calls
• Printer maintenance and repair
• Network testing, cabling, and maintenance
• Setup and deployment of new desktop and notebook computers, peripherals, printers, software, and other items as required
• Coordinate support between third-party support vendors and end users

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in computer equipment installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance

Experience troubleshooting Windows OS and Microsoft Office problems; installing and troubleshooting networks and wiring.
Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS routers, firewalls, and VPN.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to diagnose problems over the phone by talking to non-technical users.

Certifications:

• A+ certification, Network+, Security+ preferred
