Job description

Join our Team of Wonderful Women and be the primary caregiver for a woman with Developmental Disabilities and a Mood Disorder. You will work with her Tuesdays and Thursdays 2-9pm or 2-10pm. You will greet her off her work van each day and escort/drive her to the YMCA where she walks the track and visits the library. You will play games, make crafts, bake, do puzzles and keep her stimulated. You will help her bathe, perform basic hygiene tasks and pass her medications. She needs assistance with her meals. She is not aggressive but can be pretty active and impulsive and a little repetitive and loud at times. She needs support and redirection when she is not focused. She is sweet and loves to hold your hand and sit near you. She loves her staff! Her previous staff was promoted to our House Manager.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
