Work Schedule


Hours will be worked around student's class scheldule.
Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7:30 am - 8:00 pm for up to 15 hours per week.
Summer Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 6:00 pm for up to 15 hours per week.

Job Summary


Challenging and rewarding work can be found working in the office.
This position is responsible to provide:

  • Part-time office coverage for the Vice President's Office
  • Answer/route phone calls
  • Coordinate meetings and room reservations
  • Oversee records management
  • Document filing, send/recieve mail, and workroom
  • Assist with special projects as assigned (Projects will be pending the skills and qualifications identified with the individual.)

  • FWS is a need-based, federally funded program.
  • FWS requires the completion of a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), and confirmation of federal work-study eligibility as determined by the financial aid office.
  • FWS does not directly pay for tuition, and funds are only available to eligible students attending a minimum of six (6) degree applicable hours in a federal student aid eligible program.
  • The FWS award amount is based on your FAFSA results and college funding availability, which will determine the number of hours available to work while supporting the students academic goals.
