Scott County Hospital, located in Scott City, Kansas, can boast as being one of the best Critical Access Hospitals in Western Kansas. Recently built and financially stable, our hospital is a show piece.

Providers practice within an attached RHC with a state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging department; including CT, Sono, MRI, and Nuclear Medicine. A full service diagnostic laboratory and a rehab department composed of PT, OT, RT, Sleep Center, and Speech Therapists.

We have an extensive attached Specialty Physician clinic offering Allergy/Immunology, Cardiology, ENT, Endocrinology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Pulmonology and Urology. We currently have 24 specializing physicians that rotate through this clinic on a monthly basis.

We are currently looking for a family medicine physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years' experience in providing primary care to adults and children while also maintaining an active interest in women's health issues. Our company is committed to providing high quality, personalized care to our community, and the successful candidate will be well-rounded and motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Establish an office setting that promotes health and wellness.
• Maintain a good working relationship with employees, patients, and other physicians.
• Evaluate and treat medical problems for patients of all ages.
• Be able to diagnose medical conditions for patients of all ages.
• Set aside enough time to deal with the numerous details of running a business.
• Be able to maintain good records and keep in contact with insurance companies, government agencies, and business associates.
• Treat patient's illnesses, injuries and deformities using the resources available to them.
• Protect the health and safety of self and others in the workplace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $235,000.00 - $310,000.00 per year
