Dr. Paul W. Decker is looking for an experienced, driven and passionate Family Practitioner with excellent people skills, attention to detail and a team-focused mentality.

We are looking for a professional FNP who can deliver primary medical care to a wide variety of patients. The FNP will be responsible for caring for patients from birth through geriatrics, maintaining accurate and current patient records and administering follow-up appointments to patients as required. Our ideal candidate would also enjoy focusing on women’s health, including providing annual well-woman check-ups and health screenings, The office is looking for candidates that will work with a team to assist in delivering premium care to each and every patient.

Qualifications and Experience:

Master’s Degree in nursing as the primary focus

Medical training for family practice, general practice or other primary care practice orientation, with understanding and interest in preventive and disease management.

2+ years experience (preferably in Primary Care)

New graduates will also be considered

Valid Texas Nurse Practitioner License

Ability to work within a team and take direction

Strong written and interpersonal communication skills

Pass drug testing/screening, background checks, and reference check

Enjoying working in a team environment is a must as this office functions fluidly as a team and staff are cross-trained to help with coverage. This team approach allows for the staff to take time off while still providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
