Glenwest Medical Center Inc is a small business in North Hills, CA. We are professional and our goal is to To find a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a primary care office with growing patient base.

Our Health Clinic is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. The Family Nurse Practitioner will work directly with patients and will also work closely with the medical staff to provide primary care services, including diagnosis and treatment. The Family Nurse Practitioner will have a strong focus on patient education, health education and educating patients about various health conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' health problems and develop treatment plans.
• Provide primary care to patients 21+ ages.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Perform health assessments on patients.
• Educate patients on health issues.
• Provide advice on disease prevention, diet, and lifestyle changes.
• Treat minor injuries or illnesses as well as wounds.
• Order tests or prescribe medications.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
