Liaisetech Global is currently recruiting for a Quality Liaison. We are seeking a dynamic person to become a part of our team! As a Quality Liaison you will represent various Automotive Suppliers at the factory locations and support supplier engineers to gather feedback on manufacturing line problems by communicating with Plant Quality Team.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (Support for B shift Production) - Not required to report at exact shift hours

Saturday Sunday (if production is running)

Work: 40 hours a week, OT available

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent on behalf of the Customer for quality concerns at the OEM location
• Communicate with OEM Quality Engineers / Supplier Quality Engineers / Line support team / line supervisors and operators to gather information on quality concerns / problems
• Act as a communication channel between Customer and OEM. Maintain a list of key contact people for Customer parts represented by the Liaison
• Communicate with Quality Managers about part quality concerns as needed and present on behalf of the Customer as requested
• Visit part installation area on assembly line and review part installation procedure, as requested
• Visit part quarantine area, repair area, inventory area, sequencing area and final assembly area to find any parts reported with quality concerns
• Ship parts to Customer Site / plant for detailed analysis as requested by Customer
• Oversee sorts at OEM location and report sort results and status
• Authorize returns of rejected parts on assembly line, as needed
• Identify and review quality issues and support root-cause analysis by providing feedback to the Customer's quality team
• Developing and maintaining customer relationship
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures of the work site
• Reporting: Daily / weekly report to customer for issues and open items as requested by Customer

​​Qualifications:

• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Customer Representative Experience in Engineering or assembly line environment experience is a plus
• High school education (Associate degree preferred) but education is not a bar for good attitude and experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Punctuality and ability to travel to the factory reliably, Should have valid US driving license
• Computer proficiency: Being able to write professional emails and communication, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint etc
• Flexibility within a constantly challenging environment
• US work authorization is a must

Pay: $16.00 - $20.50 per hour
