Factory Construction Foreman

Full Job Description

A modular construction factory in Central Florida has an immediate need for a working Construction Foreman who is knowledgeable in all trades with commercial or residential building or remodeling experience.

The Foreman directs production schedules within the factory, assuring they comply the company’s safety and quality standards. The Foreman provides leadership and serves as the liaison between the Chief Operations Officer and all factory workers. Responsible for communicating project priorities to staff serving as a team leader in the factory for all projects.

Qualifications

· 5 years' experience in commercial or residential construction as a foreman.

· Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results

· Computer proficient or possesses and aptitude to learn software systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), and construction time management tools such as BuilderTrend.

· OSHA 10Certification preferred

· Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally

· Ability to organize and manage tasks and priorities
