JOB SUMMARY

The position requires the assembly, wiring, and completion of various electronic devices and assemblies. These assemblies can differ in size and complexity, and must be built to Engineering specifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load programs, firmware, and settings into devices by using computers and peripheral hardware.
• Put together control devices, affix labels, and package peripherals per Engineering and Production documentation.
• Assemble and wire control devices as per schematic diagram.
• Use computer ERP system to carry out daily material transactions and log assembly data.
• Preserve an orderly workspace for safety and productivity.
• Require standing, use of hand tools, and occasional lifting.
• Aid verifying stock accuracy with periodic cycle counts.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

SKILL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

• High School Diploma
• Experience and/or technical training related to position preferred.
• Computer skills including MS Office 365, E-mail, and Apple OS.
• Capable of reading and interpreting electrical schematics and CAD assembly drawings.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Hourly, Non-Exempt
• Production Department - Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm with ½ hour lunch and two 10-minute breaks.
• Overtime, including Saturdays, as needed to meet business demand
