Job Summary:

Sportsman Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and organized Facility Manager to join our team. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities provide an atmosphere that meets the needs of both our customers and employees. This includes handling customer inquiries over the phone as well as email and directing them to specific managers inside the company. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting in daily operations, completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner, and ensuring that all facilities are properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries over the phone and email, directing them to specific managers inside the company

• Complete daily duties to provide a quality atmosphere for all patrons in the facility

• Assist in daily facility operations as needed

• Ensure that all facilities are properly maintained, and any issues are addressed in a timely manner

• Managing a point of sales system for the facilities pro-shop

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

• Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Customer service and point of sales experience

• Must be able to lift about 30 pounds

• Strong communication skills

• Customer service experience preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
