Rock West Composites, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician.

Rock West Composites, Inc. is an engineering and manufacturing company dedicated to providing innovative solutions for commercial and government customers. This position is located in our West Jordan, UT location and reports to the Engineering Manager.

Position Summary:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of various machinery and equipment.
• Input preventive maintenance and repairs performed into the equipment log and schedule.
• Organize and maintain spare parts storage and work area.
• Assist in maintaining a 65,000 Sq. Ft. facility.
• Perform odd jobs as needed.
• Possibly assist engineering team with special projects as an Engineering Technician/Assistant.

Required Education and Experience:

• A working knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulics system as well as general mechanical skills and facility maintenance preferred.
• Must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair various machinery and equipment.
• Ability to read and understand machine drawings and diagrams helpful.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
