Handles the full process from A-Z for Air & Ocean shipments including:

- Coordinate shipments with Overseas, customers, shipper, brokers, terminals/warehouse, and vendors

- Timely Track, trace and update shipments.

- Professional & good communication skills.

- Proactively resolve problems.

- Provide timely and accurate billing / invoicing.

- Well Organized and multitasking with time management skills

- Self motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated to the success of the company

- Perform other duties as assigned

- English is a must. Mandarin is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
