Position Overview:
Trainee position works under Warehouse Supervisor for HVAC installation company. Will utilize organization skills and high-level work ethic to support installers in the field and warehouse. Position will include parts running, supply pickup from vendors, use of pallet jack and forklift, organizing equipment & parts for upcoming installations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Trainee position works under Warehouse Supervisor for HVAC installation company. Will utilize organization skills and high-level work ethic to support installers in the field and warehouse. Position will include parts running, supply pickup from vendors, use of pallet jack and forklift, organizing equipment & parts for upcoming installations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Shop / Warehouse: Assist field workers and office staff with load/unload/clean-up.
- Delivery Support: Making truck deliveries to jobsite.
- Receiving: Check in deliveries of equipment and parts, organize equipment for jobsite installation
- Inventory: Assist Warehouse Supervisor with ordering parts and keeping track of tools and materials.
- Field Support: Helping field workers as needed with simple tasks.
- Paperwork / Computer Skills: Use basic Excel spreadsheets to keep up to date record of received equipment.
- Hourly wage $18-22/hour DOE

- Position will utilize company vehicle to run parts between Maltby Office and storage facility as well as to jobsites in Snohomish & King County.
