FOOD & BEVERAGE EXPEDITOR

Specializing in the golf club lifestyle, Destination GN hosts 54 holes of signature golf by Palmer, Player and Trevino, award-winning dining and event venues, a lakeside driving range, sprawling semi-private Clubhouse with sweeping verandas, sleek on-course executive suites and cottages, and the newly renovated 146-room Ridge Hotel, our stylish neighboring property.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As an expeditor at one of our resort restaurants, you ensure a smooth flow between the front of the house (servers) and back of the house (Culinary). You set the pace and flow of the kitchen to ensure all dishes are properly prepared, plated, and served at the correct temperatures as well as delivered to each table at the same time. Our restaurants include turf smokehouse at the GN Clubhouse, Crafted Italia at The Ridge Hotel, and Hunt Club Steakhouse in the 100-year-old Crane Manor on the Gary Player Course.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Working on or completed high school diploma or GED
- One to two years' experience in the food & beverage, culinary or related professional area
