Your Day to Day at Leo Fortis Title:

We are looking for an organized, detailed-oriented individual who will be capable of performing tasks independently after receiving the highest level of training. You should have the following and be extremally comfortable performing the daily, day to day tasks.

• Monitor, prioritize and respond to e-mails. We use Microsoft outlook email.
• Be able to multi task from an email, to a phone call, to a CRM, to an email etc. Rinse, recycle, Repeat
• You are a problem solver and if you cannot solve the problem, you fully know and understand management is here for YOU and will help get you the answers to questions
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and enthusiasm.
• Assist Closing Department as needed (you will be trained on this)
• Any and all executive assistant duties (you will be trained on this)
• Obtaining payoff statements commission statements
• Verifying wiring instructions and submitting electronic reporting. E recordings
• Be coachable and willing to learn. What seems hard today is hard only because you do not know it or part of the job hasn't been taught to you correctly. At LFT we are your mentors and pass down the information through experience we have already gained.
• Willing to grow into additional responsibilities within a title insurance operation
