Summary:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing direct administrative and organizational support for CEO, including performing clerical duties, attending departmental and clinical meetings, coordinating medical staff activities, maintaining medical staff credentialing and files, and providing support for the facility. This position is also responsible for maintaining all provider files for hospital compliance by completing initial and subsequent credentialing and ensuring all credentialing records comply with regulatory and accrediting standards. Review and ensure credentialing and privileging files are completed and accurate, working directly with human resources and providers. Monitor physician credentials and licenses. Act as point of contact among executives, employees, and other leadership. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Manage executives' calendars and schedule meetings. Manage daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Oversee the performance of the clerical/switchboard staff. Light office cleaning and supply ordering, and inventory tracking, as needed. Prepare agenda, corresponding documents, and minutes for various meetings. Format information for internal and external communication; memos, emails, presentations, reports, etc. Screen and direct phone calls. Organize and maintain the office filing system. Support the administrative team as needed and directed by the CEO
Education: Associate Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: At least three (3) years experience as an Administrative Assistant in a health care setting or two (2) years in human resource experience, preferably in a health care setting, or a combination of education, training, or experience in either field.

Additional Requirements: Must be professional and enjoy working in a behavioral health environment with a mission-driven, community-oriented mindset. The ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities is required, along with the demonstrated ability to work independently on projects from inception to completion and work well under pressure. Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the assigned duties; Must be honest and trustworthy, respectful of others, and; Must be flexible and possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
