These industry leaders offer trusted brands and innovative technologies in the design, manufacture, and service of high-performance converting and packaging machinery for the tissue, nonwovens, hygiene, bag-converting, mailing, and printing industries.
DESCRIPTION:
Manage the activity flow in and out of the President’s office and handle highly confidential and critical information with the utmost discretion. Function efficiently and effectively and support cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment. Independently manage multiple assignments and projects with competing priorities and deadlines. Provide executive support to the Sr. Leadership team as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Anticipate the needs of the President, act accordingly and proactively, bring together appropriate people and resources to support the issues.
  • Manage the operations of the President’s calendar including scheduled meetings, output, workflow, correspondence, and office deadlines.
  • Assist the President and other Sr. Leaders in all tasks and functions as required including domestic and international travel arrangements, expense reports, scheduling appointments or calls, creating spreadsheets & power point presentations and organizing data.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and prepare agendas for meetings including the appointments, resources and/or refreshments for the President, executives, and visitors.
  • Maintain and exhibit the confidentiality of all sensitive information and material.
  • Perform various administrative responsibilities in an effective and efficient manner including copying, opening, sorting, and reviewing mail, drafting correspondence, screening phone calls, and maintaining executive files as necessary.
  • Attend and participate in company required training, seminars, meetings or educational activities to stay up to date on the latest developments and trends.
  • Maintain neat, clean, and safe work area.
  • Other essential duties as assigned.
COMPETENCIES:
  • 5 -7 years of executive support experience is required.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
  • Ability to problem solve in a fast paced, continuous improvement focused environment.
  • Ability to maintain a confident, professional, polite, and respectful manner always.
  • Experienced in and able to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive individual, ability to adapt to change.
  • Ability to work with and communicate with all levels of the company.
  • Possess judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong initiative
  • Detail oriented with high levels of accuracy.
