Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain and update supervisors' daily calendars
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports
- Screen all incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, take messages and correspondence, and route accordingly
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative
- Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
- Manage communication including emails and phone calls
- Receive deliveries; sort, scan and distribute/email incoming mail
- Receive invoices and review for accuracy and send for payments to accounting
- Property management/collect rent & deposit checks & create invoices & expense reports, track for multiple properties
- Creat word, excel, google docs. Creat help with email communication.
Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience in administrative support functions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
- High degree of attention to detail
- Data entry experience
- Working knowledge of general office equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
