Job Description:
As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties, which are auxiliary to the work of the organization. Must be a qualified typist and have knowledge of principles and practices of office management. You will performs records management functions, schedules appointments, prepares and tracks travel requests, makes arrangements for conferences and meetings, and assembles required materials. Must have excellent proficiency on computer workstations to specifically include working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally. Reviews outgoing correspondence and materials for consistency and conformance. Coordinates personnel and administrative forms and forwards for processing. Provides department level administrative and clerical support.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. citizen with an Active Security Clearance level Secret
A minimum of 5 years of administrative assistance experience
Educations (one of the following):
High School or GED with 7 years of experience
Associate Degree and 5 years of experience
Qualified Typist
Microsoft Office
Office Management
Records Management
Scheduling
Defense Travel System
